and improve pipelines for genomic variant analysis using modern workflow orchestration and pipeline management tools. Develop scalable, reproducible, and reliable bioinformatics workflows following best practices in data analysis and software engineering. Design and implement robust tools for analyzing genomic datasets and supporting advanced computational biology applications. Optimize existing bioinformatics code and pipelines to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability. Ensure data processing workflows are maintainable, accurate, and suitable for production environments. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and interdisciplinary teams to translate biological challenges into effective technical solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of bioinformatics platforms, analysis methods, and development practices.
