TECEZE in Lucca is seeking an IT Support Technician to install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software within established guidelines. You will work with OEM vendors for spares and hardware repairs, manage imaging of laptops/desktops, printers, and conference room AV systems, and ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
The role requires hands-on hardware troubleshooting, Office 365 support, DHCP/DNS knowledge, and active IT inventory management.
