Experteer Overview In this role you support on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gas turbine products for global customers. You lead site activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality while delivering innovative solutions. You work closely with cross‐functional teams to document work and share knowledge, helping customers optimise performance. This is a hands‐on position with substantial travel and offshore opportunities, offering impact across the energy services portfolio.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide technical direction for site activities to guide internal teams and skilled labor
Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Gas Turbine products at customer sites
Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, and briefing reports for customers and internal teams
Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated and followed




Responsabilità Good working knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
Experience in a mechanical role within energy, oil and gas, or similar environments
Strong customer‐service orientation with ability to lead customers through tough decisions
Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
Excellent English and Italian language skills and EU passport
Willingness to travel up to 70%, including offshore facilities
