Hosco is seeking a Head Waiter to lead service in our dining area under the Restaurant Manager. You will organize service areas, ensure exceptional guest experiences, advise guests on the menu, and handle order taking and table setup.
You will work evenings, weekends and public holidays, speak Italian and English, and you should be dynamic with strong organizational and teamwork skills. Micros knowledge is a plus.
