Within the Commercial, CSS&T; & Proprietary Programs Business unit, we are looking for a material & MRO Program Manager for our offices in Turin and Pomigliano. The role covers coordination and support of the end-to-end process of a Business Line/Program, from analysis and management of the demand for services that require the use of materials (spare parts and repairs) to the delivery of the service itself. The resource will develop relationships with Team Leaders and stakeholders, ensure alignment between business expectations and material acquisition, contribute to Supply Chain development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for supplier performance. Turin and Pomigliano (Naples area - Italy). Contract type: Permanent. Hybrid on-site model may apply. Responsibilities Participation in the definition, monitoring and progress of CSS&T; milestones concerning maintenance services that require materials for assigned Programs/Customers. Analyze root causes of critical issues related to material services and coordinate Recovery Plans. Identify and resolve roadblocks affecting material availability for assigned Programs/Customers; act as a facilitator with internal and external owners. Participate in meetings with Suppliers and internal stakeholders to analyze the order portfolio and manage critical issues affecting Customer Fleet availability and related Recovery Plans. Coordinate daily with M&MRO; SM Team Leaders of Warehouse, Planning and Supply Management; collaborate with CSS&T; stakeholders to meet Customer needs.
