In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador and partner closely with Tapestry teams,



store leadership, and shopfloor colleagues to drive brand visibility, growth, and overall performance.Please note, this is a tempo parziale (24 hours per week) 12-month fixed-term contract.The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Customer Service to:* Deliver a seamless, elevated customer service experience by leveraging brand training, tools, and resources to uphold exceptional service standards* Proactively develop clienteling strategies and in-store event ideas, and support and co-host activations that drive engagement and sales* Build strong partnerships with local retail teams to gain insights into customer profiles and emerging opportunities.
