Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences to lead all F&B; operations across our luxury outlets, including fine dining, bars and banqueting. You will report to the Hotel Manager and drive guest satisfaction, commercial performance and high-performing teams.
The role requires senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences in a world-class setting.
