Responsibilities
- Diving data research, analytics, and management of the Plastic components category.
- Supporting Category Managers with market and supplier data to facilitate strategic negotiations.
- Performing first evaluation, screening and analysis of offers from suppliers.
- Running internal and external analysis (industry & supplier) as a member of a cross‑functional sourcing team.
- Supporting RFQ-Request for Quotation and other strategic sourcing activities.
- Analyzing, evaluating and proposing actions and initiatives around complexity reduction, standardization, cost reduction and speed to market.
- Creating automated solutions to streamline reporting, enhance cost analysis across regions, and strengthen data‑driven sourcing processes, including RFQs.
- Preparing support materials to present in sourcing forums to top management together with the category managers.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Mathematics,



Management Information Systems or other related disciplines
- 1-3 years of working experience in a Procurement function or in an adjacent field (e-g. Supply Chain or R&D;)
- Ability to work with key stakeholders in a global set‑up
- Data‑driven approach and ability to work with big amount of info and inputs
- Results-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to meet goals and deliver results effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Expert in Microsoft Excel preferred
- Digital mindset, with the ability to manage large data sets, and convert it to actionable information
- Fluent in English
