TMC is seeking a Business Manager to develop their own Business Unit, manage business development, client relationships, and consultant coordination. They will participate in recruitment, oversee the career path of the team, and be accountable for the P&L; of the Unit.
The role requires a degree in Engineering or Economics, MBA is a plus, and 1–10 years in relevant roles. Fluent Italian and professional English are expected.
