BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve the clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and high potent oncology drugs and Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications. Facilities designed to handle small and large molecules as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides and nano medicines. BSP is technologically developed to meet the needs of innovators, with its High Containment Facility designed to offer a full range of integrated services aimed to support the entire life cycle of a product, from the formulation and process development/optimization, through scale up/scale down studies.
Posizione
Responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, selling services, as well as maintaining good relationships with customers.
Key Activities




Supporting the SBD team throughout the assessment process for new business opportunities in the activities of SBD's competence.
Preparing, updating, and maintaining detailed reports, databases and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all materials are accurate and up to date.
Nourishing the relationship with BSP's key stakeholder and ensuring consistent communication and collaboration to foster long-term partnerships.
Assisting the SBD team members in any tasks needed to attend events and client visits/meeting.
EHS duties and responsibilities: refer to the provisions of Art. 19 of Legislative Decree 81/08, as amended - Duties of the person in charge.
Requisiti
EDUCATION
Degrees in scientific fields. Master's degree in Chemistry, or Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering.
Professional Experiences
Strong analytical and management skills, business-oriented, client-oriented.
