Key Responsibilities We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to coordinate our Talent Team and help build a team of top performers. You’ll shape the future of legal tech by bringing in exceptional, innovation-driven talent. Lead & Mentor: Manage and guide the Talent Acquisition team,
ensuring alignment, performance, and continuous development. Hiring Strategy: Design and execute effective recruiting strategies for tech and product positions (engineers, data roles, product teams, etc.). Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle: From defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Improve recruitment processes, implement KPIs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our presence in the tech talent market and showcase what makes Lexroom.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance. Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent: Strong focus on technical and product roles. Qualifications 5+
