Experteer Overview In this role you will join KPMG Advisory's Business Transformation team in Turin to support large Italian and international clients in redesigning operating models and processes. You will work on rethinking working models across finance, HR, IT and supply chain, aligning initiatives with business strategy. You will guide organizational redesign and process re-engineering through change management, equipping clients to realize benefits. You will assess impacts, monitor performance, and roll out plans to address gaps, contributing to transformational programs at scale. This role offers global exposure and the chance to work with senior management on high-impact projects.

Responsabilità Master in Management
2 to 3 years of experience in business transformation, process optimization or organizational redesign projects (ideally in consulting)
Leadership abilities coordinating teams and managing clients
Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study/work abroad
