We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead Manager with a strong technical background to oversee complex delivery projects within Health & Public Services, with specific experience in Local Public Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role requires proven experience in leading projects within the industry, a deep understanding of processes and methodologies, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards . This role requires a client-focused mindset,
a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
What you will do:
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client.
Project Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments.
