This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our packaging products. Job Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and execute complex production schedules in alignment with sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity. * Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce lead times. * Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and maximize availability, utilizing advanced planning systems. * Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. * Lead efforts in demand planning and forecasting,



incorporating market trends and historical data. * Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and system enhancements. * Mentor and support junior planners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
