What You Will Do
You will be a key driver of onboard learning and development, translating business priorities into impactful training solutions while fostering engagement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Design and deliver classroom and online training, ensuring quality and engagement.
- Identify learning needs and translate them into targeted initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs (revenue, NPS, complaints, turnover) to improve performance through training.
- Manage onboard mentoring programs, supporting integration and development.
- Support managers in coaching and on-the-job training.
- Promote learning and increase participation through effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and reporting.
- Integrate safety (HESS) and sustainability into training activities.
Who You Are
You bring solid experience in training and development and a strong drive to create impact in an international, fast-paced environment where learning makes the difference.
Required
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent), preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related fields
- Experience in Language and soft skills training delivery; experience in instructional design is a plus
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English and Italian knowledge at least at B2 level
- Organizational, analytical and business-oriented mindset
