You will work with modern Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID while collaborating with technical teams to deliver reliable solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the stability, security, and scalability of enterprise digital services. Accountabilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, permissions, and access configurations across Microsoft environments. Maintain Microsoft Intune by configuring policies, device profiles, application protection, software deployments, and device enrollment processes. Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication, Enterprise Applications, and Role-Based Access Control. Support Azure infrastructure and compute resources, including Virtual Machines, networking, backups, monitoring, and Log Analytics. Perform infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and resource planning to ensure reliable service delivery. Automate
