You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting a growing global workforce. Working closely with HR, Legal, Treasury, Tax teams, and external partners, you will help maintain reliable payroll processes and financial controls. The position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys solving complex payroll challenges and improving processes. Accountabilities The Senior Payroll Accountant will be responsible for managing payroll accounting activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and improving payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: Calculating payroll and personnel-related expenses for assigned entities. Coordinating payroll activities across multiple countries, legal entities, and external service providers. Collaborating with HR, Legal, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Performing payroll-related account reconciliations and supporting month-end closing activities. Managing relationships and communication with external payroll providers, accounting firms, EOR partners, and other service providers.
