In this role you join Qonto's AI Lab as a Backend Engineer to ship AI-enabled agents that streamline how 600,000+ businesses manage finances. You'll own backend and AI logic for a dedicated agent within a small squad, delivering new agents on a six-week cadence. You'll balance speed with reliability in a regulated banking context and collaborate with the full stack to ensure seamless customer impact. This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced opportunity to shape AI in‐product at scale.
