Project Delivery Manager – Utility-Scale Solar PV

An established renewable energy developer is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of a substantial portfolio of utility scale Solar PV projects.

With a strong pipeline of Solar projects, you will play a critical role in taking projects from authorisation through to COD. While the portfolio also includes BESS and selected wind projects, the primary focus of this role is the successful delivery of large-scale solar developments.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a high-impact position for a delivery-focused professional who can navigate complex permitting processes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive projects through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects from authorisation through construction to COD.
Manage project execution across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Coordinate internal project teams and external consultants, contractors and EPC partners.




Drive secondary permitting activities, particularly grid connection approvals and associated stakeholder engagement.
Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, utilities, grid operators and regulatory bodies.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and delivery milestones.
Resolve technical, commercial and permitting challenges to maintain programme delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of development and execution.
Provide regular project reporting and delivery updates to senior leadership.

Technical Skillset
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge across utility-scale Solar PV project delivery, including:
End-to-end delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects.
Extensive experience taking projects from permitting through
