Based in Bologna, the Operation Specialist will support the Supply Chain and Operations team with day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of processes across planning, order process, logistic and reporting for a six‑month fixed‑term contract.
Please note that this is a 6‑month fixed‑term opportunity.
Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist with order processing, order tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate planning, allocation, and operational data within internal systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational efficiency and service levels.
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Supply Chain/Logistics.

Proficient in English and Italian; French proficiency is an added advantage.
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI) and SAP knowledge.
Export experience preferred.
