Role and Mission Ambienta is seeking an experienced and dynamic Administration Director to coordinate the administrative and accounting function for its Italian headquarters and international offices in the UK,
France, Germany and Sweden.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is designed to ensure robust financial management and administrative excellence while supporting the business as usual processes of the firm.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Administrative team while fostering collaboration with other relevant stakeholders.
Review and update policies and procedures in line with the compliance standards, while promoting efficiency through process automation.
Manage the administrative and accounting activities for the holding company and its international offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and group standards.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports.
Support the CFO in strategic initiatives aimed at positioning the finance function as a business partner within the organization.
