Experteer Overview In this role you will own regulatory and compliance reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and fully governed. You will work with global partners to interpret requirements, maintain data integrity, and strengthen controls in an audit-sensitive environment. You drive process improvements and automation to reduce risk and manual effort, while supporting audits and regulatory reviews. This position offers a chance to shape reporting governance and partner with cross-functional teams to meet strict regulatory standards. Retribuzione / Benefits Independently prepare, validate, and deliver recurring regulatory reports with minimal oversight Manage end-to-end reporting processes from data extraction to submission Ensure reports meet accuracy, completeness, and timeliness standards Collaborate with global counterparts to interpret requirements and maintain alignment Perform advanced data quality checks,



reconciliations, and exception analyses across multiple systems Investigate discrepancies and lead root-cause reviews with stakeholders Design and maintain data integrity controls and metadata documentation Maintain SOPs, process maps, and control documentation for all reporting processes Lead responses during internal and external audits with required documentation Identify automation opportunities and partner with BI teams to automate dashboards or workflows Engage with Regulatory and Compliance to clarify requirements and source data Communicate risks, delays, and data issues to leadership Support cross-departmental initiatives to elevate reporting quality and governance Manage ongoing documentation standards, audit trails, and control frameworks Responsabilità 5+ years of hands‐on regulatory or compliance reporting experience in financial services or payments 5+ years of advanced SQL experienc
