Experteer Overview As an M&A; Analyst, you will support transactions across Italy and Europe to drive growth for a renewable energy and storage platform backed by ESG-focused capital. You will build financial models, conduct market analyses, and prepare investment materials to inform strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external advisors through due diligence and manage the deal pipeline. This role offers exposure to acquisitions, JVs, and divestments in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support execution of M&A; transactions including acquisitions, JVs, and divestments
Build and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities
Conduct market and industry analysis within the renewable energy space
Prepare investment materials (IC memos, presentations, reports)
Support due diligence processes alongside internal teams and external advisors
Review financials, contracts, and key documentation to identify risks/opportunities
Maintain deal pipeline and transaction tracking
Responsabilità 2–4 years' experience in M&A;, corporate finance, or similar
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
Solid understanding of due diligence processes
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
Exposure to renewable energy is advantageous
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
