Management of the Civils & Concrete packages under your control, reporting to the CSA Project Manager.
Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Manager, CSA Manager and the Mercury Safety Advisor. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
Responsible for making sure the subcontractor follows Mercury QA/QC procedures. Promotion of the Mercury engineering ethos regarding quality and safety.
Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Mercury CSA Project Manager, Project manager, consulting Engineer and Client requirements. Report on a weekly basis,

any site events that have a commercial impact to the project: deviations, variations, delays to the CSA Manager to ensure all costs are captured and claimed, if applicable.
Assist with the Management of all design deliverables related to the CSA package. Review of construction details and setting out details. Responsible to maintain the link between design information and construction drawings, making sure any gaps are correctly identified and produced prior starting on site.
Mercury civil Team
Material deliveries and goods receipting.
Plant and Equipment
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractor, tracking the following topics: EHS, Design submissions, Procurement, Site Coordination, Quality Control, Construction Progress / Program, Commercial, Close out, AOB.
