Key Requirements:
Native Italian speaker or fluent Italian language skills
Proven experience as an MES Business Analyst
Background working within pharmaceutical and/or industrial manufacturing environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering experience
Experience supporting manufacturing process design and implementation
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and improve manufacturing processes
Support MES-related business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
Work alongside client teams to ensure successful process implementation
