Department: Media Planning & Performance Location: IT, IT Responsibilities Lead the definition and execution of integrated media strategies across offline and online channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities Contribute to media planning, budget allocation and performance monitoring , with a strong focus on effectiveness and efficiency Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Brand, Digital, Finance) and external agencies to define impactful media plans Support and participate in media negotiations with publishers, broadcasters and platforms to maximize value and results Manage and challenge media agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery, transparency and continuous improvement Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Stay up to date with media trends, innovation and emerging channels,



bringing new ideas to the team Contribute to strengthening processes, governance and best practices related to media investments Qualifications You have experience in media planning and buying, ideally across both client-side and agency environments. You bring a solid understanding of the media ecosystem, including traditional and digital channels. You are comfortable working with data and translating insights into strategic decisions, and you can collaborate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments. Must-Have Experience and Skills 5+ years of experience in media planning and/or media buying (client-side, media agency, or a mix) Proven experience managing integrated media plans across offline + online channels (TV/OOH/Radio/Print + Digital) Strong exposure to budget management , performance tracking and optimization (full funnel mindset is a plus) Experience working with and steering media agencies (brief
