Context of the Position
As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Italian market. This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity,

establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution.
Mission & Core Scope
The Mission: Establish, implement, and lead the comprehensive quality control, inventory auditing, and damage-mitigation framework within our brand-new Large Item Distribution Center, ensuring absolute stock integrity and process compliance from Day One.
The Scope: You will take full accountability for all QA protocols across the Milan Large Item DC—covering inbound inspection, standard storage auditing, damage claim verification, and process compliance—while directly aligning local standards with global HQ quality targets.
