Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Public Relations Manager to join our Commercial Team.
The Public Relations Manager is a key member of our Commercial Team, responsible for driving visibility and elevating the Hotel reputation across global and local markets. In this role,



you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Leadership Team to enhance awareness through traditional print media, digital platforms, and social channels. You will support marketing and advertising initiatives, contribute to the development and execution of the annual PR plan, and oversee all digital communication tools, including the resort website and e‐Newsletter.
Develop innovative publicity programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the resort, its spa, culinary programs, services, and personnel.
Maximize opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research and targeted editorial pitch plan, focused on key feeder markets for both the group and leisure segments.
Maintain professional relationships with media to support achieving the goals outlined in the PR plan, including the distribution of targeted media releases, media kits, pitches, and other PR related material.
