In this SDR role, you drive early-stage pipeline for OpenText’s cloud software solutions, partnering with Client Executives to discover and nurture opportunities. You’ll balance outbound prospecting with inbound lead follow-up, collaborating across Sales and Solutions teams to progress opportunities. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, global environment, using Salesforce and Outreach to track activity and results. This role offers onboarding, coaching, and a clear path to future sales or solutions leadership.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social channels to target accounts
- Collaborate with Account Executives to introduce OpenText solutions
- Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated by campaigns and activities
- Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives and Solutions Consultants
- Support early-stage opportunities and move them through initial sales stages
- Maintain prospect engagement to accelerate opportunities through the funnel




- Build relationships via consistent outreach and data collection using Salesforce and research tools
- Provide regular updates on activity and pipeline contribution
- Track all lead generation activity and progress within Salesforce and Outreach
