Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end facility management for a building project, delivering safe, compliant and sustainable property solutions aligned with Ingka’s mission. You partner with cross-functional teams to steer timelines, budgets and procurement while upholding Ingka standards. You’ll drive continuous improvement in Real Estate project delivery and governance, shaping the asset lifecycle for long-term business impact. This is a hands‑on, stakeholder‑rich role at the nexus of construction, FM and retail operations.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead and manage all facility management aspects of a building project from start to finish to deliver a safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solution
- Drive continuous improvement of ways of working in Real Estate projects
- Establish governance, project boundaries and decision‑making frameworks to ensure alignment and compliant execution
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Safety, IT, Finance, Operations) to meet project requirements and deliver results
- Manage project timeline, budget,



resource allocation and cost control in collaboration with Finance
- Oversee procurement processes and contract negotiations within the FM context
- Ensure compliance with Ingka requirements and local/national regulations for property safety and life protection systems

Responsabilità
- Minimum 5 years in contracting, consulting and/or managing projects within real estate
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement processes and contract negotiations
- Academic degree in engineering/construction or equivalent working experience
- Experience in Facility Management, Construction or Project Management
- Proven ability to develop people, coach, train and provide career guidance
- Strong budget management skills and collaboration with Finance
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in local language and English (B2)
- Experience in retail sector is adv
