As Channel Trade Marketing Manager, you design and deliver the On-Trade activation strategy for Pernod Ricard’s portfolio, translating brand plans into trade-ready executions. You act as the main reference between Brand Marketing, Procurement, and field teams to optimize touchpoints, POSM, incentives, and promotions across all segments. You drive visibility and alignment with national campaigns, events, and local opportunities. This role lets you shape how premium brands engage consumers in the on-trade while collaborating across functions to maximize impact.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Translate brand strategies into trade activation across core, premium, and high-end segments
- Define and map optimal trade touchpoints and localize national campaigns
- Develop product catalogs and sales toolkits for Customer Trade Marketing and Sales
- Lead end-to-end POSM development and ensure consistent brand identity
- Collaborate with Procurement on vendor management, cost optimization,



and production timelines
- Design promotion mechanics and activation toolkits for wholesalers and outlets
- Coordinate IBP inputs and monthly performance reviews with corrective actions
- Manage the assigned Trade Marketing budget and monitor A&P; spending

Responsabilità
- 4+ years in Trade Marketing or Brand Management (FMCG preferred;
spirits, wine, or beer a plus)
- Experience with POSM development, agencies, and procurement collaboration
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Financial acumen (budget management and reporting)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and collaboration skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
