What You’ll Do: - Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business. - Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools. - Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance. - Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and advise our customers with passion and confidence. - Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales. You’ll Need to Have: - Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast paced retail environment with relevant sales experience. - Technological proficiency,
