Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator supports day‑to‑day logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of products throughout the distribution network. This role serves as a key coordination point between internal teams and external partners, helping maintain service levels, resolve issues, and support overall operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support on‑time and accurate delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, ETAs, delays, and issues.
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers as needed.
- Track shipments and proactively identify and help resolve logistics exceptions or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and logistics records.
- Support inventory movements and assist with reconciling shipment or inventory discrepancies.
- Provide logistics‑related updates and support to Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Relations teams.
- Assist with logistics reporting, process improvement efforts, and special projects as assigned.
- Escalate risks, recurring issues, or service concerns to Logistics or Operations leadership when appropriate.

- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations coordination preferred.
