C++ Junior Software Developer – Aerospace Sector Teoresi S.P.A., a company with 35+ years of history and 8 subsidiaries across Italy, USA, Germany, and Switzerland, is recruiting a Junior C++ Software Developer for a project in the Aerospace/Defense sector. The developer will join the SW Development team and primarily focus on C++ development in a Linux environment, working on various systems, components, and applications within the Aerospace/Defense domain.
Responsibilities Develop software using C++ in a Linux environment.
Work on multiple systems, components, and applications related to Aerospace/Defense.
Integrate with the multidisciplinary team.
Plan and manage tasks autonomously, ensuring timely delivery in time‐critical contexts.
Required Technical Skills Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
At least 1 year of experience in C++ development.
Good knowledge of Linux systems.
Experience with laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscope, debugger, voltage generator, etc.).
Familiarity with Bash, Python, or Perl scripting is a plus.




Good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Secure Coding practices, vulnerability management, and security frameworks, and implementation of security measures throughout the software lifecycle.
Professional Profile Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
Planning and autonomy skills.
Capability to work in time‐critical environments.
Location & Compensation Location: Milan, Italy.
Compensation: Total annual gross compensation, indicative range €28,500 – €32,000. Final placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, and selection outcomes.
