This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing multinational organisation and play a key role in strengthening financial governance, driving accounting excellence and supporting the company's continued international expansion. Global Accounting Leadership Lead and oversee accounting operations across multiple international jurisdictions. Drive consistency, standardisation and practices across the Group's accounting activities. Build, develop and lead a high-performing global accounting team. Financial Reporting & Close Own the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes. Ensure accurate, timely and consistent financial reporting across all entities. Oversee balance sheet integrity, intercompany accounting and statutory reporting requirements. Governance,



Controls & Compliance Maintain a strong accounting control environment across the Group. Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP requirements and internal policies. Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting obligations across all jurisdictions. Cash Flow & Working Capital Coordinate local cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting processes. Support Group cash management through accurate reporting and strong balance sheet discipline. Business Partnership Partner closely with the CFO, regional finance teams and business leaders to support growth and operational excellence. Provide accounting expertise, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Requisiti The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with proven leadership experience in complex multinational environments. Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
