Offer Description The candidate will be involved in a broad research project entitled "Sustainable Transition of Agri-Food Systems," carried out in the Department of Agri-Food Economics (DEA). xrdztoy Specifically, the candidate will study the impact of changes in consumer tastes and preferences through a series of experimental economics studies addressing the demand for innovative foods, the socioeconomic determinants of dietary changes, and their relationship with health and environmental impact.
