Role Overview The AI Robotics and Computer Vision Specialist will develop perception technologies for robotics, computer vision, and physical AI within the AI Robotics team.Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of computer vision and physical AI solutions within the AI Robotics team.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning algorithms.
- Develop and deploy computer vision systems for robotic inspection, maintenance, defect detection, remote sensing, and quality control.
- Integrate physical AI and smart robotics solutions into existing and new energy systems to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Create and implement advanced sensors to gather data for AI and robotics applications.
- Develop and test software components according to customer and technical requirements.
- Collaborate to deploy AI and robotics solutions at customer sites.
- Explore and develop new technologies and methodologies to remain ahead in the energy transformation industry.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including AI and robotics scientists, engineers, and domain experts,



to solve complex problems.

Qualifications
- M.Sc. degree in computer science or related fields with an AI focus.
- At least one year of work experience in AI, computer vision, generative models, perception, and their application to robotics.
- Experience collaborating with academia and SMEs.
- Technical knowledge across computer vision, machine learning, and robotics.
- Experience with state‑of‑the‑art deep learning models and pipelines.
- Experience handling data from various sensor types.
- Experience integrating sensors on robotic platforms, including quadruped robots.
- Willingness to travel to deploy, test, and present solutions at customer sites and international conferences or industrial events.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or C++.
- Familiarity with robotics software development using ROS.
