Product Management Senior Manager – Reciprocating Compressors
Lead product initiatives for the Reciprocating Compressors (RC) team, driving growth and strategy for a historic product line.
Responsibilities
- Drive external collaborations, agreements, partnerships and M&A; activities to strengthen product positioning and global network.
- Lead the supply chain evolution and enhancement to maximize competitiveness.
- Deploy strategy to achieve business plan and financial targets.
- Support the must‑win process to maximize commercial intensity.
- Drive Long‑Range Plan (LRP) development for product strategy definition.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Industry Technical Operations to monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and promote RC offerings within existing tenders to improve overall solution propositions.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or economics.
- At least 10 years of experience in rotating equipment.




- Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English and capable of executive‑level presentations.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.
- Experience in program management, including documenting, planning, reporting, and executing projects.

Work Arrangement
Flexible arrangements, including occasional remote work, flexible hours and work‑from‑home options to support productivity and work‑life balance.
Compensation
For Italy: Initial pay range EUR72,000–99,000. Pay will be determined based on the collective bargaining agreement and job role.
