RINA is seeking an Investment Real Estate Valuer to join its Milano office within the Real Estate General Management Division. The role focuses on supporting periodic valuations and economic analysis to aid financial reporting for a range of clients, including asset managers and institutions.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering, at least 2 years of market analysis experience, and strong proficiency in valuation tools such as Argus and advanced Excel.
