The Role As a People Operations Specialist at Air Apps, you will be at the heart of our HR and recruiting operations. You'll ensure smooth and timely delivery of key people-related processes, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee support. You'll play a critical role in maintaining a compliant,

well‐organized, and people‐first work environment. This is a fully onsite position , based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast‐paced environment.
