Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with customers to uncover their business needs, pain points, and technical requirements.
Design and craft tailored resiliency solutions that address specific challenges and drive customer success.
Support Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers during customer technology and business discussions at senior levels.
Communicate the business and technical benefits of solutions and products to decision makers and customers.
Define cost models for deals and lead them to profitability, ensuring success for customers and Kyndryl.
Lead contract negotiations up to signature and facilitate a smooth engagement hand-over process.
Own solution documents: compile, refine, and present them professionally.
Contribute to the growth and standardization of go-to-market pitches across industries.
Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience developing IT solutions around Resiliency Architecture, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR) and DR testing, high-availability design, cyber resiliency strategies, resilience orchestration, and automation.
Experience designing and building technical solutions based on customer requirements, including understanding needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing scalable solutions.
Strong understanding of IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
Excellent customer-focused attitude, presentation skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a pre-sales, consulting or advisory role providing strategic guidance and solutions to customers.
