Categoria: Financial Services Luogo di lavoro: Milano e provincia For our client, a leading real estate investment firm with a portfolio spanning office, logistics, and residential assets , we are seeking an Investment / Transaction Manager with additional expertise in Asset Management . Responsibilities Develop the strategy for the assets in your portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations Proactively drive (digital & technical)
innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio Review and challenge valuations Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team) Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers) Requirements Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics Minimum 5-7 years' work experience in real estate Affinity both with transactions and asset management Strong quantitative skills is a must Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network Ready to travel Strong communication and negotiation capabilities Resilient and well organized multi-tasker and team player Comfortable within an evolving and international environment Proactive, flexible and assertive Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point) Fluent in English (both written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljb
