The Role Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services are project‐based subject‐matter experts in all things infrastructure. They provide analysis, documentation, diagramming, and timely solutions, and assist in strategic planning and operational execution of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities The role includes: Contribute to current projects by analyzing technical problems, offering solutions, testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems, especially concerning Mainframe Architecture. Plan long‐range strategic initiatives for IT infrastructure and operational execution. Collaborate with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. Identify technical and timeline risks early and manage client expectations.

Required Technical and Professional Experience Deep expertise within specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics. Enterprise IT application experience. Hands‐on experience in software development, Dev Ops engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture. Knowledge of Mainframe Architecture. Experience driving engineering solutions across teams. Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong process improvement experience. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience In‐depth knowledge of Mainframe architecture. Exceptional judgment and decision‐making abilities.
