Responsibilities
Support the internal NPD process and act as the central technical contact between OEM R&D; teams and internal engineering teams
Create, structure, and maintain high‐quality technical documentation supporting field applications
Provide technical support during specification and refrigeration system design activities
Assist customers in selecting appropriate refrigeration and HVAC equipment based on technical and operational requirements
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support throughout the sales process
Deliver ongoing technical support throughout the product lifecycle
Support implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems
Build strong relationships with high‐profile customers through regular engagement and customer visits
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging refrigeration technologies
Collaborate internally with other Technical Sales Engineers to share technical knowledge and field experience
For senior‐level profiles,
participate in account planning sessions and identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities
Requirements
Experience within refrigeration, cold chain, or commercial cooling applications
Strong understanding of how refrigeration products are applied within customer systems and end‐user environments
Experience supporting OEMs, contractors, end users, or competitors within the refrigeration market
Strong customer‐facing communication and technical problem‐solving skills
Ability to provide both remote technical support and onsite customer engagement
Fluent Italian language skills are essential.
