Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to Discover, a core part of Launchmetrics' Brand Performance Cloud, turning complex data into usable interfaces. You’ll work in a pod, owning end-to-end discovery and design with senior guidance, shaping AI-enabled features and how brands monitor performance. You’ll learn by doing real work from day one, combining user research with hands‑on design. This is a hands‑on, growth-focused opportunity in a fast‑paced, global team. Retribuzione / Benefits Own missions end to end for Discover, scope and build with the pod, enable and monitor adoption Lead real design work on features, guided by senior builders and AI tools Participate in discovery activities: user interviews, surveys, usage analysis Define and analyze metrics/KPIs for adoption and performance, feed learnings into prioritisation Monitor market and competitive landscape to sharpen thinking Collaborate with engineers,
