Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead on‑site Health, Safety & Environment practices for a large‑scale data centre project in Milan. You’ll ensure compliance with Italian law, EU standards, and company policies while building a strong safety culture. You will address high‑risk activities, deliver training, and drive incident investigations to prevent incidents. This is an engineering‑focused environment with opportunities to influence safety across multiple trades. Join a dedicated team delivering turn‑key data centre solutions across Europe. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the implementation of HSE policies across construction and commissioning activities Develop, review and monitor RAMS and permit‑to‑work processes for high‑risk activities Conduct site inspections, audits,



and behavioural safety observations to drive corrective actions Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted safety training to promote proactive safety culture Manage incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and communicate lessons learnt across the project team Responsabilità NEBOSH qualification 4+ years’ experience in a similar role on large‑scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) EU Passport or Right to Work in Italy Requisiti fondamentali Accommodation Rotation Flights Travel Healthcare Pension #J-18808-Ljbffr
