$65,000–$70,000 annually Housing Stability Specialist Florence Crittenton Services | Denver, CO Help Young Families Build Stable Futures Are you passionate about helping families overcome barriers to stable housing? Do you believe every young parent deserves the opportunity to build a safe and successful future? Florence Crittenton Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-driven Housing Stability Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with pregnant and parenting youth, providing housing navigation, case management, financial assistance support, and ongoing stabilization services that help families achieve long‑term housing success. What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of up to 30 pregnant or parenting youth. Guide participants from initial housing consultation through housing placement and up to six months of stabilization support. Build partnerships with landlords, property managers, and community organizations to increase housing opportunities. Assist participants with housing applications, budgeting, lease education, and tenant responsibilities. Connect families to rental assistance, utility assistance, employment resources, and other community services. Advocate for participants while collaborating with internal teams and community partners. Maintain accurate case documentation and service records. Coordinate referrals to Florence Crittenton’s Supportive Family Services Program (SFSP) and other community resources. Represent Florence Crittenton Services at community meetings and outreach events. Provide transportation assistance to participants when appropriate and when a company vehicle is available.



What We’re Looking For Passionate about supporting young families Skilled in case management and community resource navigation An excellent communicator and relationship builder Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Compassionate, trauma‑informed, and committed to empowering others Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in housing services, case management, homelessness prevention, or family support programs Knowledge of affordable housing resources and community‑based services Experience working with youth or young families is highly desirable Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable.
