Job Description Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review. Deliver gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and remediation planning aligned with regulatory requirements and annual salary cycles. Drive harmonisation and governance of our Mercer-based global job architecture, ensuring consistency across acquisitions and business lines. Support annual compensation cycles, premio processes, and market benchmarking, including modelling, tools, and communication. Act as trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics, while continuously improving policies, analytics, and frameworks. Qualifications University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics,
or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global environment. Proven experience delivering large-scale reward projects (e.g., pay equity, job architecture, benefits or incentive design). Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices. Solid experience in job evaluation frameworks; Mercer IPE is an advantage. Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel modelling, data reconciliation). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with very good English; additional European language (e.g., German) is a plus.
