[EHQ] EU ES Business Operations & Strategy Specialist - HVAC Solutions Europe (m/f/d) In this role you will support Pan-European HVAC management, driving profitability through pricing, analytics, planning and inventory optimization. You will work with cross-functional teams to guide commercial decisions, monitor performance, and steer sales incentives. The position offers exposure to multi-market strategies and the opportunity to shape Europe-wide business growth aligned with LG’s mission to deliver value and quality. Develop and manage pricing strategies for key Pan-European customers Perform profitability analyses, pricing simulations, and margin reviews Support negotiations, business presentations, and contract approvals Monitor sales, profitability, costs, and performance across ISC R32, AHU, FCU segments Analyze project pipelines (Spec-in, Award, Lost) and identify opportunities for profitability and growth Provide insights and reporting to support management decisions Oversee inventory and stock performance across Europe Forecast inventory requirements from sales and demand signals Coordinate buffer stock management and cross-subsidiary stock reallocation Track R32 transition progress and Multi V performance across European markets Analyze sales, profitability,
product mix, pricing trends, and support market expansion Monitor controls business performance and related commercial indicators Prepare management reports, forecasts, and strategic reviews Deliver analytical insights to support planning and decision-making Manage sales incentive calculations, validations, and payments Ensure KPI accuracy and coordinate incentive activities with sales, finance, and management teams Academic background in Business Administration or Finance (implied) Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Planning Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Solid knowledge of Business Planning & Strategy, Financial Analysis & Profitability Management, Commercial Pricing Strategy, Inventory Management, and Pipeline & Opportunity Management Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and Power Point) Ability to communicate across functions and levels, and with customers Fluent in English; Korean required; additional European languages are a plus In this role you will support Pan-European HVAC management, driving profitability through pricing, analytics, planning and inventory optimiz… #J-18808-Ljbffr
