About Us
We are a multinational company operating in an international and multicultural environment, where collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence are at the core of everything we do. To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join us on a part-time (20 hours per week) basis.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working closely with the Finance team, the successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of administrative and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Post customer and supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform bank and corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and support credit collection activities.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Prepare accounting documentation to support external tax advisors and month-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably within a structured company or multinational environment.
- Good understanding of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Arca Evolution or similar) is considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills,
attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Language Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
- English language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.

Contract & Compensation
- Part-time employment (20 hours per week).
- Contract type to be defined based on the candidate's experience and background.
- Full-time reference salary: €28,000–€34,000 gross per year, pro-rated for the 20-hour part-time schedule.
Retribuzione: €23.000,00 - €28.000,00 all'anno
